About iSAGE

i-Sage Limitedis a joint venture company owned 50/50 by ItsGenie Limited in the UK, and RS3Limited in New Zealand. Each partner brings unique insight to the management and deployment of an enterprise’s most costly asset - people.

ItsGenie has been a leader in the delivery of SaaS products in the UK education sector for over 10 years, providing performance and development products and prior to a management buyout was a Microsoft Gold partner. The ItsGenie.com product delivers huge value through focusing on corporate goals and linking them to individuals own goals in a performance management framework. This led to ItsGenie securing numerous large ICT development contracts with UK Government.  These include involvement in the development of the National Apprenticeship Service (NAS), the national results aggregation service for the new national Diploma qualification (Minerva) and the “Managing Information Across Partners (MIAP)” for all learners in England and Wales.

S-Cool was the genesis of ItsGenie and was the first organisation in the UK to develop integrated, online “learner planning and review” software for schools and colleges.  Now the leading organisation in this sector in the UK, S-Cool products support teachers and learners through a comprehensive process of self assessment and target setting in order to improve learner performance and optimise provider (school / college) outcomes. S-Cool and ItsGenie have now diversified to cover the education sector and commercial businesses respectively.

RS3is consulting firm based in Wellington, New Zealand, focusing on resourcing and skills solutions. With a long background in HR and people capability, the founders focused on the development of skills frameworks to deliver transparency around deployment of people in an enterprise. With expertise in the UK government sponsored SFIA Framework (Skills Framework for the Information Age), RS3were swift to adapt tried and tested principles to other industry sectors. It was clear that with vast amounts of data becoming available in organisations adopting these frameworks, a system to support the management and exploitation of that data was needed. After a lot of research, the ItsGenie product was recognised as having the core capability needed, and so ItsGenie limited were approached to re-engineer their solution.

i-Sage’s business facing SaaS products (branded as i-Sage 7) have built on our extensive, successful experience to deliver products that combine compelling and unique features with flexibility delivered within a secure, high performance environment.
